Within our Consulting business, we have an opportunity to establish a PMO to assist in the delivery of a regreneration programme within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; within this scope we are looking for a GIS Data- Surveyor to join this programme.
SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to support the urban regeneration project in central Riyadh. This high-level position requires a surveyor with extensive experience in data analysis, 3D scanning, orthophoto matching, and urban data analytics. The role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate data collection, assessment, and reporting for heritage assets, utilities, infrastructure, and other urban elements for the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Minimum 10 years experience as Surveyor, including strong experience surveying listed built heritage, as well as HSSE knowledge.
• At least 30 references of in situ data collection (Leica RTC360) and processing.
• Strong expertise in advanced HDR imaging system Leica Cyclone.
• Experience in generating and processing true orthophotos and X-ray views through point cloud views and models.
• In addition to above applications, proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, BIM and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferable.
• Relevant Professional Certification or Membership preferred.
