We are proud to deliver Project Management Services to the Rail Land Development Authority (Indian Railways) for three major railway station projects: Mumbai, New Delhi, and Ahmedabad. Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation.

 

We are seeking applications for the position of KA-6(A) Principal Quality Manager for  Project “Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA

Missions/Main Duties

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and processes tailored to the specific requirements of the Ahmedbad Station redevelopment Project. Establish quality standards, procedures, and guidelines to govern all project activities and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define quality objectives, targets, and metrics aligned with project goals and requirements. Develop strategic plans and initiatives to achieve and sustain high levels of quality performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the implementation of QA/QC programs, including inspections, audits, and testing protocols, to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular assessments of workmanship, materials, and processes to identify and address non-conformities and deficiencies.
  • Establish document control procedures to ensure the accurate and timely management of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and records. Maintain comprehensive documentation logs and archives to facilitate traceability and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across all project activities. Analyze quality performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes of quality issues.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams and stakeholders on quality management principles, practices, and tools. Foster a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and responsibility throughout the organization.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Address quality-related concerns, feedback, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Profile/Skills

  • Education qualification – B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Years of experience – Overall 20 Year of Expereince, 6 Year Experince in Simillar poisiton and 8 year relevant experince in railway projects.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
  • Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
