Our engineers help shape the future of transport through projects that support smarter, more sustainable communities. As a graduate, you will be part of real project work from the beginning while being supported by a structured Graduate Program designed to help you build technical capability, confidence and professional experience. With support from experienced colleagues, a team buddy, a mentor and your graduate peer network, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and develop in a collaborative environment.

Missions/Main Duties

The Opportunity

As a graduate mechanical engineer, you will be part of the teams behind the transport systems and infrastructure that people rely on every day. In a consulting engineering environment, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across rail and wider transport networks, supporting the design, analysis, integration, and assurance of mechanical systems that help keep journeys safe, reliable, and efficient. From rolling stock and depot environments to stations, ventilation, and operational infrastructure, you will build hands-on experience while learning from experienced professionals and gaining insight into how complex transport projects are delivered.
