Context

SYSTRA is looking for an amazingly talented Interface Staff (Technical) (Saudi National) to join our team! you will 

work closely with the Stakeholder Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, public authorities, government entities, utility providers, and key decision-makers to support successful project delivery.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Facilitate communication and coordination with external stakeholders and industry partners to support project objectives and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support engagement with government authorities, including the Ministry of Transport, on matters related to transportation infrastructure and public transportation development.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to address emerging issues and support successful project outcomes.
  • Support community engagement initiatives and assist in enhancing the project’s public image through proactive stakeholder communication and expectation management.
  • Prepare stakeholder reports, meeting records, presentations, and coordination documents as required.
  • Support the resolution of stakeholder concerns, conflicts, and project-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Profile/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of professional experience within a rail or transit development environment.
  • Experience supporting major rail, metro, transit, or transportation infrastructure projects.
