We are seeking applications for the position chief construction planning & monitoring expert K1 for Mumbai Metro Line 5,9&7A Project.

Missions/Main Duties

Overall Role: Chief Construction Planning & Monitoring Expert will assist Project Director/Deputy Project Director in preparation of Proficient Master Schedules using Digital Platform. Reviewing the construction sequencing and commissioning elements with respect to the key dates required for each element of works, particularly if further approval for construction phases is required from authorities. Liaison with client, Government authorities regarding programming of the construction & commissioning works. Monitors changes in construction phases and sequencing and produces regular program updates for the client. Checking that any changes are accounted for new program revisions including the commissioning phase at the completion of the construction phase.

Time schedule and programme management

Budgetary/ Financial Management 

Progress Monitoring and Reporting

Profile/Skills

 

  • Education qualification –Civil Engineering Graduate/ Diploma
  • Years of experience – 25+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in metro projects.
  • Prior experience requirement - 25+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in metro projects.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Ability to solve problems, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decision and be a good troubleshooter.
