Budget Controlling:
· Assist for the budget cycle: development of the annual budget, forecasting and budget exercises, gap analysis
· Assist of the monthly closing process: reporting production, analysis of the results, indicator monitoring, analysis and understanding of gaps
· Coordinate and controlling dashboards and financial indicators in the Area (Revenue, OM, EBIT, DSO, ...)
· Accounting supervision
Follow-up of projects:
· Financial component for major tenders issued
· Monitoring monthly contracts reviews· Validation of initial budgets of contracts managed
· Monthly review of contracts in collaboration with the operational team
Consolidation:
· Ensure the correct application of IFRS on its perimeter
· Ensure the correct transmission of consolidation packages to consolidation department on time
· Ensure the relevance of the gaps between reporting, social accounts and consolidated accounts
Treasury.
· Preparation of the treasury forecast and gap analysis with actuals Internal Control
· Ensure the Group Finance Internal Controls rules are locally applied. This includes reviewing existing processes, identifying control weaknesses or financial risks, and recommending corrective actions
