SYSTRA is the Lead Consultant for the HSR project between Ho Chi Minh City and Can Gio.

The Depot Expert will support the Depot Expert and Railway System Manager (International) in all technical activities of the Lead Consultant related to Depot design, construction and equipment.

• Review and advise on the Depot layout adopted for the project and review Depot equipment.
• Coordinate the review of earthworks, trackwork, civil, structural, MEP and architectural aspects related to the Depot.
• Review design submissions from designers and contractors related to the Depot and prepare Review Comment Sheets (RCS) to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare Lead Consultant deliverables and reports related to the Depot.
• Coordinate closely with VSP, SGC system teams, contractors, the Shadow Operator, ICE, ISA and other consultants on Depot matters.
• Contribute to the Risk Register, Interface Management activities and safety-related activities, including the Safety Case.
• Coordinate with Civil, Track and Railway Systems disciplines whenever Depot interfaces are involved.
• Contribute to the review of O&M requirements related to the Depot.
• Support the Client in obtaining approvals from Vietnamese authorities for Depot facilities, including MEP and connections to external utilities.
• Support Lead Consultant construction supervision activities, including Depot construction, equipment installation, delivery, storage, testing and T&C, as well as audits, hold points and resolution of technical issues on site.
• Report site activities through technical reports to the Client.
• Organize and participate in design and construction meetings with the client, contractors and designers, prepare MoM and follow up Depot-related action plans.
• Contribute to overall project reporting, including weekly meetings, monthly reports and the Depot-related risk register.
• Perform any other Depot-related task as instructed by the Project Director

• Strong experience in railway Depot design and construction.
• Strong understanding of Depot layout, equipment and multidisciplinary coordination, including Civil, Track, Structural, MEP and Architecture.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, contractors, designers and other project stakeholders.
