The Interface Engineer will support the Interface Expert (International) in all technical activities related to Interface Management, in accordance with the Lead Consultant contract.

• Support VSP in coordinating interface discussions and meetings between all project stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in interface meetings as required.
• Contribute to the preparation and update of the Interface Register and help identify and track interface items.
• Prepare and follow up RFIs (Requests for Information), and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support their resolution.
• Work closely with discipline experts, including Civil, Track and Railway Systems teams, to resolve interface issues.
• Contribute to the preparation and finalization of the Interface Management Plan and related interface documents as part of the Lead Consultant deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with VSP, SGC system teams, contractors and other consultants on interface and railway systems matters.
• Carry out design reviews when required, prepare Review Comment Sheets (RCS) and monitor their follow-up.
• Liaise with Vietnamese authorities when required to support VSP in obtaining approvals.
• Support Lead Consultant construction supervision activities when required and assist VSP and contractors in resolving interface issues on site.
• Monitor compliance with the Interface Management Plan and report any non-compliance to the relevant stakeholders.
• Organize design and construction coordination meetings, prepare minutes of meetings and follow up action plans.
• Contribute to project reporting, including weekly meetings, monthly reports and the risk register.

• Engineering background in a relevant technical discipline.
• Good experience in interface coordination and multidisciplinary project environments.
• Good understanding of design coordination and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with clients, contractors, designers and different technical disciplines.
