SYSTRA Canada is part of the SYSTRA group, an international consulting and engineering group, a world leader in the design of transport infrastructures. The Digital team leads the ALTO project’s Innovation and Artificial Intelligence program to identify, test, and deploy solutions aimed at improving project performance, team efficiency, and knowledge management.

The AI & Innovation Specialist will contribute to driving the Innovation program and to expanding AI use cases across the entire project.

Artificial Intelligence

• Identify and analyze AI use cases in collaboration with business teams.
• Support the deployment of generative AI and automation tools.
• Contribute to the development of demos and proof-of-concept projects.
• Measure productivity gains and the benefits of deployed initiatives.
• Contribute to AI governance and best practices for AI use.

Innovation

• Conduct strategic and technology watch activities.
• Help coordinate the portfolio of innovation initiatives.
• Organize ideation and co-creation workshops with teams.
• Contribute to relationships with technology partners, universities, and research centres.
• Prepare presentations for governance committees.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, civil engineering, or urban planning.
• Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and innovation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, Power Platform, and generative AI solutions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible terms.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
