We are seeking applications for the position of Town Planning Expert for Upcoming Urban planning Project.

• Prepare and review master plans, development plans, town planning schemes, and regional plans.
• Conduct land-use analysis, spatial planning studies, and growth assessment exercises.
• Assist in formulation of development regulations, zoning policies, and planning standards.
• Analyze demographic, socio-economic, environmental, and infrastructure-related data.
• Assess existing urban conditions and identify development opportunities and constraints.
• Participate in meetings, consultations, workshops, and stakeholder interactions.
• Coordinate with government agencies, local authorities, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure planning proposals comply with applicable national, state, and local planning regulations.
• Review statutory provisions, development control regulations, and planning policies relevant to the project.

• Graduate Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Planning, or Geography from a recognized institution.
• Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, City Planning, Regional Planning, Infrastructure Planning, or equivalent discipline.
• Knowledge and working experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applications for planning and development projects.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in planning and development projects.
