Missions/Main Duties

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from feasibility to completion.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Review and approve site plans, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess site conditions and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to construction and environmental standards.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering professional development and technical expertise.

Profile/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in the railway background.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of site development processes and relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop innovative solutions.
