Project: Appointment of General Consultant (GC) for System Works of Part of Corridor of Metro Line 5 (Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan), Metro Line 7A (Andheri (E) to CSIA), Metro Line 9 (Dahisar (E) to Mira Bhayander) of Mumbai Metro Rail Project of MMRDA.

We are seeking applications for the position of Sr. PST Design Expert-K3 for GC Mumbai Metro Line 5, 7A & 9-System.

• Lead the design and development of railway traction power supply (25kV AC, 750V/1500V DC, etc.) systems for metro, LRT, mainline, or high-speed rail projects.
• Prepare and review design documents: single-line diagrams, load calculations, system studies, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.
• Oversee and coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams (civil, signaling, telecom) to ensure interface alignment.
• Conduct technical reviews of vendor and contractor submissions for compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Ensure that PST systems are designed to meet relevant international (IEC, EN, IEEE) and local standards.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Mentor and support junior design engineers.
• Attend client, vendor, and interface meetings; provide expert advice as required.
• Identify and proactively manage technical risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare technical reports, study notes, and technical presentations.
• Support business development by preparing technical sections in proposals or tenders.

• Education qualification - Graduate in Electrical Engineering

• Years of experience - Graduate with 10 Years 

• Prior experience requirement - Graduate with 10 Years

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
