The Design & Build International Finance Directorate and the IT Finance department at Group level have deployed a series of finance solutions for its entities.

 

Those solutions consist of the group ERP called « SPOT » for some entities, local accounting software on each branch, some BI report and a cash forecast solution.

 

Systra Group is implementing a digital transformation program MEGA that includes the green field implementation of the IFSCloud solution.

 

The Group has successfully deployed the IFSCLoud solution for MEA entities and is working on deploying the solution for France entities. It is now launching the deployment for India entities.

 

Currently, the finance users from Design & Build International Finance Directorate are working on this program and other deployments, evolution and maintenance projects of these finance solutions, user assistance and support of applications. At group level, the IT Finance department is focused on group common needs of finance solution and tries to answer local needs.

As the needs are growing to support India deployment of the IFSCloud solution, it becomes necessary to have a Senior IT Finance Associate to assist our IT Finance Lead to manage the solution in the area as a strong link with the IT Finance Department.

 

We are seeking applications for the position of Senior IT Finance Business Associate for our Noida/Faridabad/Bangalore Location.

Missions/Main Duties

The Senior IT Finance Associate will report hierarchically to the IT Finance Lead both working for the CFO of the entity and functionally to the IT Finance director at group level.

The scope of entities to cover: India

He/She will act as SPOC for the entity on the ongoing ERP implementation project and support the Project lead (role being managed by the IT Finance Lead) on the implementation After Go-live, the candidate shall be the application owner locally in functional capacity.

His/her competencies in finance or in ERP projects will be useful realize the following missions:

  • IFS Cloud Implementation- BU Project support
    • Act as a single point of contact for the project locally.
    • Be the bridge between the program team, project lead and the local team.
    • Support the project lead in executing communication and change management plans
    • Liaise with local stake holders to gather business process requirements & support on gap analysis & solution validation
    • Coordinate with the local team and ensure organization & mobilization during different project phases like data migration, UATs, trainings & hyper-care.
    • Support the project lead in defining UAT scenarios & training manuals.
    • Support for hyper-care and end user support post go live
  • Local Application owner
    • Provide L1 support for finance-or operational process on the ERP.
    • Conduct training sessions for users on ERP functionalities and updates.
    • Coordinate with group IT Finance solution for any opportunity and feasibility studies of proposed changes.
    • Follow group process in terms of stage gates milestones (process to deploy for IT solution)
    • Formalize the requirements for the change requests to discuss with group IT teams (Finance solution and BI solution).
    • Coordinate the tests and assist users on the test for the new features or new solutions implemented.
    • Train the local users to use the news features or the new solutions implemented.
    • Collect the bugs and follow-up with group IT teams for their resolution.
    • Ensure that the use of the IFS system complies with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.

Profile/Skills

 

NUMBER OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

8-10 years of experience in ERP implementation & financial accounting & management

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Qualification in Finance/ Accounting or Business Administration; ERP certification preferred
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Knowledge of business processes, particularly in finance and project management
  • Understanding of ERP implementation methodology
  • well versed in documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals and UAT scenarios
  • proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
  • Familiarity with IFS accounting software or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
