Missions/Main Duties

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Sourcing Specialist (white collar), As the ideal candidate:

Recruitment Process:

  • Recruiting for engineering roles, with a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talents.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the posting of job ads, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse, qualified candidate pool for management consideration.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through various recruitment channels, including job board social media, and professional networks, and conducting proactive searches to identify passive candidates.Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Develop and prepare job descriptions for all the required positions.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate salary and other employment terms when necessary.
  • Act as a focal point between internal departments for onboarding, ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and progress in applicant tracking systems or databases.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and other relevant data for management review.

Profile/Skills

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • Must have 2 -3 years of experience in engineering and construction field.
  • Excellent English language is a Must.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment tools effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering roles and skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting engineers professionals.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment process simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Extensive knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
