The Opportunity:
As the Principal Consultant, Competency & Learning, you will play a strategic role in shaping and leading the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver e-learning and other training materials to meet project timescales and client requirements. You will lead efforts to close skill gaps, enhance workforce capabilities, and support organisational goals by maintaining a focus on client needs and requirements. This position will also see you managing subcontractors, coordinating internal resources, and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to meet these objectives.
The role is based at our Brisbane CBD location, and we also welcome a hybrid flexible working model.
