Job title: Design Management - Senior (Multi disciplines)

Reporting to the Technical Director, the position consists of undertaking the resolution of complex design subjects involving multiple disciplines:

• Identification of the issues and understanding of their context
• Assignment of tasks to discipline experts and coordination of the resolution progress
• Follow-up until full completion
• Interaction between design and construction
• Liaising with client and third parties technical teams

• Minimum 18 years total experience
• Minimum 7 years experience in railway
• Background civil engineering
• Proven experience in design management
• Proven experience in multi-disciplinary rail design coordination or interface management
• Demonstrated team-work capability
• Rigorous self-organization and proactive work approach
• Capability to coordinate multiple subject matter experts
