This role will support the client on Go Expansion Program and will be a part of the Design & Systems Integration Team.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
· Develop custom VBA software and workflow automation for the system architecture diagrams in Visio.
· VBA automation for large data Import/Export to Visio diagrams
· Automate the viewpoints for the graphical architecture diagrams
· Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define application features, characteristics, and the GUI.
· Develop plugins for Visio diagrams for integration into corporate web-based applications.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in VBA software development
· Proficiency in using built-in functions within Visio, Excel, and other Office products.
SW handlers for data queries management, filtering, sorting for import/export functions in Visio.
· Ability to perform VB statistical analyses.
· Should be comfortable working as part of a larger team of designers.
· Excellent technical writing skills
Effective presentation skills to explain the VBA program functionality and to guide users on how to use it.
Able to communicate clearly about the work to project managers.
Strong collaboration skills.
· Experience with configuration management and change control systems.
· Proficient with version control systems i.e. Git, GitHub, Subversion.
SQL Database management is an asset.
Coding experience in Python, Java, C++ languages will be an asset.
