Missions/Main Duties

  • Logistical and administrative referent in Israel.
  • Customer Invoicing and payment follow-up.
  • Forecasting and budget management in collaboration with project managers (including monthly financial closing).
  • Financial follow up with local accounting service provider.
  • Bank account management: cash forecast, preparation of payments.
  • Internal EDM manager for ProjectWise and client EDM for Aconex for projects.

Profile/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in managing invoicing processes and tracking payments.
  • Experience in budget forecasting, financial planning, and collaborating with project managers on budget management.
  • Proven ability to manage monthly financial closings and adjust budgets as necessary.
  • Skilled in working with local accounting service providers for financial tracking and follow-up.
  • Proficient in cash forecasting, bank account management, and preparation of payments.
  • Experience managing ProjectWise (internal EDM) and Aconex (client EDM) for project documentation.
  • Capable of handling complex financial and administrative tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
