Context

We are currently seeking an EDMS Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of our Electronic Document Management System for large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will develop and enforce document control procedures, ensure data security, and streamline document workflows across multidisciplinary teams. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient and structured project documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Preferably with experience in handling EDMS platforms for railway, construction, or mega infrastructure projects.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Lead and manage the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) for large-scale projects.
  • Develop and implement document control procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of all project documents.
  • Train and support users in utilizing the EDMS efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless document workflows.
  • Oversee system upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues.

Profile/Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in document management, with at least 3 years in an EDMS leadership role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Aconex, SharePoint, Primavera Contract Management (PCM), and other EDMS tools.
    • Experience in setting up automated document workflows and version control systems.
    • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems).
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD (for document handling in engineering projects) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken) is a plus.
