We are proud to deliver Project Management Services to the Rail Land Development Authority (Indian Railways) for three major railway station projects: Mumbai, New Delhi, and Ahmedabad. Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation.

 

We are seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer (System & MEPF) for Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective completion of MEPF system installations.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

  • Develop and implement site-specific quality control plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues, clarify design intent, and optimize system installations.

  • Prepare and maintain site records, including daily reports, inspection reports, and test results.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all site personnel.

Profile/Skills

  • Graduate Engineer with minimum 8 years of overall experience and minimum 3 years of experience in Similar Position. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar projects.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
