We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Design Delivery Manager to lead and manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions.
• Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure effective communication between design teams and other project stakeholders.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years experience 
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Design Manager in infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and design processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
