Systra’s Systems business in India has design and project management capabilities in the systems space. Experts in railway equipment, our teams are experienced in choosing the best-adapted solutions to each situation while meeting various regulatory standards.

SYSTRA has detailed design competency in India in the power supply and overhead lines business in both
 AC & DC traction. We have also capabilities of designing AC & DC traction, third rail, power supply and OHL. We have experience in executing domestic and some prestigious international projects.

We are seeking applications for the position of Sr Manager Business Development SYSTRA Faridabad Office.  

Context

  • Prospect Screening, Evaluation of RFP/ RFQ documents – facilitating in Management Decision making of Prospects in India & abroad
  • Identifying and tracking of new business Opportunities and Market research for clear understanding for future business potential
  • Timely and accurate preparation, submission of pre-qualification papers to various clients / consultants as per their requirement and to ensure that the company will be pre-qualified
  • Attend Pre-bid/post-bid/ meetings and negotiations
  • Create/ update/ monitor potential client database and manages the existing client base for repeat business/ orders
  • Preparation of MoU, Joint Venture Agreement, Techno-Financial Proposal
  • Provide proactive marketing intelligence/ competition information to various business divisions
  • Help business units in preparation of budget for new business & turnover, with a desired Margin
  • Responsible for co-ordination with all verticals heads in order to win new work  
  • Prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly Progress report summarizing bidding status
  • Write performance reviews and solve internal team issues
  • Improve design and quality processes
  • Coordinate activities of unit with other units or organizations.
  • Confer with higher levels of management
  • Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager/ HOD – Business Development 
  • Monitor compliance to IMS and internal procedure
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil Engineering preferred)
  • 12+ years’ relevant experience in the field of Business Development & Tendering
