Context

Systra MVA have an opportunity for "Construction Manager" for one of the upcoming PMC High-Speed Rail projects in Thailand.

Missions/Main Duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all construction activities adhere to legal regulations and safety standards to prevent accidents and legal challenges.
  • Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the construction process, which could relate to delays, worker safety, supply chains, or client demands.
  • Supervising construction procedures to ensure all standards are met without exceeding budget.
  • Supervising the maintenance of clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders including clients, construction teams, and executives to update them on project progress and challenges.

Profile/Skills

Requirements:

  • University degree (relevant field).
  • Must have total 25+years of experience in general.
  • Must have 15+ years of experience in High-speed Rail.
  • Good communication and management skills and capacity to negotiate and develop good outcome.
  • Fluent in English.
