We are seeking applications for the position of Contract Management Expert for East Coast Railway GC Bhubaneswar.

Missions/Main Duties

  • 5 years of experience handling contracts pertaining to construction industry. The person should also have experience in areas such as file Movement & other office job.
  • Graduate/Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
  • He will be overall in charge of the contract management He will maintain the policy circular files and convey policy directives/circulars on behalf of CAO/C office to field units.
  • He will be assisting Team Leader in implementing Systra 3S, E&C and other management, policies shared time to time by PM and/or others from HO.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract management processes, optimize resource allocation, and achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Responsible for day to day correspondences, contract management, Planning, Quality Assurance, Coordination with Client, Project Staff, Contractors, and will report to TL.

  • Work experience in both an independent and team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Strong team player.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to read communication styles of team members and clients who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
