HR Business Partner
Full-time position, temporary 15 months

Mission
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning corporate objectives with those of employees and management in designated business units. He or she establishes partnerships across the HR function to provide management and employees with value-added services that reflect the organization's objectives. The HRBP maintains an effective level of knowledge of the business unit's financial situation, medium-term plans, culture and competition.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field such as labor relations
Years of experience A minimum of 5 years' proven professional experience in the field of human resources
Technical skills :
Experience in engineering.
Experience in international mobility.
Working knowledge of human resources systems and software.
Ability to research, analyze and make logical decisions within a given timeframe.
Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment legislation.
Excellent writing skills to present clear and fair company policies.
Personal qualities :
Bilingual (French and English), to be able to interact with all stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff.
Proven leadership skills.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
The ability to build trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders.
