The Transport Economist will provide expert analysis and strategic insights into the economic and financial dimensions of transportation infrastructure and services. This role encompasses railway, road, and maritime transportation, including transshipment and intermodal logistics, with a focus on both freight (such as mining resources) and passenger transport. The Transport Economist will support project planning, investment decision-making, policy development, and business strategy to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and economic viability of transportation systems.
Education: University degree in economics or finance.
Years of experience: Between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience in transportation economics.
