Our extensive experience encompasses, Bridges, station buildings, Depots, Earthwork & Track Works, Power Supply and Transmission, Signaling & Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc.

Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Dhaka Railway Projects. The position of  Team Leader is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client and organizational objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including civil, electrical, signaling, and telecom engineers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with railway safety regulations and quality standards (like RDSO, IR, etc.).
  • Oversee safety audits, documentation, and inspections on-site.

  • Implement and monitor environmental and safety protocols.

  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Address project delays, resource shortages, and technical challenges proactively.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and progress updates for internal and external use.

  • Coordinate with engineers for the design, construction, and installation of railway infrastructure.

  • Review technical drawings, layouts, and specifications. Support in resolving on-site technical issues.

Profile/Skills

 

  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant areas.
  • Must have a professional qualification as a civil engineer or other applicable professional qualifications.
  • 20 years of professional experience.
  • 15 years of experience in metro (underground and elevated) project management and supervision of one international large-scale (>USD 1 billion) underground and/or elevated metro project in an urban context.
  • Having Experience working on two projects financed by multilateral or bilateral development partner/bank.
  • 10 years of work experience in the Underground Metro Project.
  • 5 years of work experience as a Project Team Leader.
  • 2 years of work experience outside Expert’s country
  • Substantial experience in FIDIC based ICB contract management will be preferable.
  • Perform the role of “The Engineer” following FIDIC.
  • In-change of overall supervision of the construction works.
  • Responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, quality control, time & cost management and closure of a project.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools

  • Knowledge of Indian Railways norms and processes

  • Conflict resolution and negotiation

  • Problem-solving under pressure

  • Must have proficiency in English.
