Position: Resident Engineer (S&T)

Location: Madhya Pradesh

Site Deployment

• Supervise and manage on-site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates to the project manager and clients.
• Ensure all engineering works are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Professional Qualification:

• Essential: Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferred:
• Graduate degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Degree/Diploma in Project Management/Construction Management or Fellow of Institution of Engineers/Institution of Railway Signal & Telecommunication Engineers.

Total Professional Experience:

• At least 10 years for Graduate Engineers or 15 years for Diploma Engineers.

Relevant Experience:

• At least 3 years in Gazette Cadre of S&T department in Railways or equivalent roles in organizations like RVNL/RITES/IRCON.
• Alternatively, 5 years as In-charge or one level below in signalling construction projects.
