We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Engineer (Fabrication) for CSMT RLDA Project.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Review and verify steel fabrication work on-site to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
  • Inspect materials, fabrication processes, and finished products for alignment with project standards and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with the design team to resolve any discrepancies or clarifications required regarding the drawings.
  • Prepare inspection reports documenting compliance and non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Liaise with contractors and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution of fabrication activities.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and quality control procedures are followed during fabrication.
  • Monitor project timelines and report any delays or issues related to steel works.

Profile/Skills

  • Graduate with 5 years of Experience or Diploma holder with 8 years of experience including 2 years in similar position and 3 years of experience in eligible project.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority 
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
