Our extensive experience encompasses, Bridges, station buildings, Depots, Earthwork & Track Works, Power Supply and Transmission, Signaling & Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc.

Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Railway projects across India. The position of Chief Contract Management Expert is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Negotiates terms and conditions that align with organizational goals and legal requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Overseeing the entire contract process, from creation and negotiation to execution, performance, and eventual closure or renewal.
  • Monitors contract adherence, identifies potential risks, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all contracts and related documents for easy access and retrieval.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the contract process.

Profile/Skills

  • A Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing contracts related to the construction ndustry, such as railway, highway, airport, or bridge projects.

OR

  • A Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 18 years of experience in managing contracts related to the construction industry, including railway, highway, airport, or bridge projects.

OR

  • A retired Engineer from Railways or a PSU with a minimum of 15 years' experience, either in the gazetted cadre of the Engineering Department of Railways or in a managerial role (Manager or above) in the Civil Engineering Department of RITES, IRCON, RVNL, or an equivalent grade in Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or any Joint Ventures (JVs) or Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) with the Ministry of Railways, or any Metro Rail Corporation, either individually or in combination. Additionally, the individual must have at least 5 out of the 15
    years of experience handling contracts related to the construction industry, such as railway, highway, airport, or bridge projects.
