Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Railway projects across India. The position of Chief GAD, Design & Review Expert is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Responsible for the comprehensive design strategy and ensuring all design aspects are aligned with the bid requirements, industry standards, and client expectations.
  • Review and analysis of the bid documents, specifications, and technical requirements. This includes verifying the design's compliance, addressing any ambiguities, and identifying potential risks or challenges.
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of the design throughout the bid process. This includes verifying drawings, calculations, specifications, and other design documentation, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations.

Profile/Skills

  • A Master's Degree in Structural Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the design of bridges/viaducts related to construction projects for railways, metro systems, or any Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).

OR

  • A Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 17 years of experience in the design of bridges and viaducts for construction projects involving railways, metro systems, or any Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).

OR

  • A Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the
    design of bridges/viaducts related to construction projects for railways, metro
    systems, or any Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).

OR

  • A retired Engineer from Railways or a Railway PSU with at least 15 years of
    experience, either in the gazetted cadre of the Engineering Department in the design of civil structures for Railways, and/or as a Manager or higher in the Civil Engineering Department.

OR

  • Retired Deputy Chief Engineer (Civil) in Selection Grade, Level 13 or equivalent or higher, from Railways, NHAI, MORTH, or State Road Authorities, with experience in land acquisition and Coordination with state revenue authorities, etc.
