Context

We are seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer Systems & MEPF for CSMT RLDA Project, Mumbai

Missions/Main Duties

Implementation of MEPF systems for the CSMT redevelopment project.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in system design.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEPF systems
seamlessly within the project.
• Coordinate with various disciplines for clash detection and resolution in the design phase.
• Provide technical inputs in the construction and execution of MEPF systems, ensuring the highest quality
and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide field engineers in the team.
• Contribute to project planning by providing inputs on timelines, resource requirements, and potential
challenges related to MEPF systems.
• Monitor and control costs related to MEPF systems to ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure MEPF systems meet or exceed industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance during construction.
• Identify potential risks related to MEPF systems and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to address and resolve emerging challenges.
• Stay abreast of changing regulations and codes related to MEPF systems.
• Ensure project designs adhere to all applicable regulations and obtain necessary approvals.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation related to MEPF systems.

Profile/Skills

  • Education qualification - Graduate or Diploma Civil Engineer / Electrical Engineer  
  • Years of experience - 02 Years for Graduate and 5 years for Diploma holder
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
