Project: Appointment of General Consultant (GC) for System Works of Part of Corridor of Metro Line 5 (Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan), Metro Line 7A (Andheri (E) to CSIA), Metro Line 9 (Dahisar (E) to Mira Bhayander) of Mumbai Metro Rail Project of MMRDA.

We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Contract Expert-K2 for GC Mumbai Metro Line 5, 7A & 9-System

1. Contract Development: Assisting in the drafting and preparation of contracts, ensuring they align with project requirements and legal standards.

2. Negotiation: Supporting contract negotiations with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.

3. Compliance: Ensuring all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

4. Risk Management: Identifying potential contractual risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

5. Contract Administration: Overseeing the administration of contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including amendments and renewals.

6. Dispute Resolution: Assisting in the resolution of contractual disputes and claims, working to achieve amicable solutions.

7. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.

8. Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive records of all contractual documents and correspondence.

9. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating effective communication between project stakeholders regarding contractual matters.

10. Training and Guidance: Providing training and guidance to project teams on contract management best practices.

• Education qualification - Graduate in Engineering /MBA in contract/project Management
• Years of experience - 15+ yrs
• Prior experience requirement - 6+ Years in Meteo System/large Infra Projects
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
