We’re looking for a new CADD Manager in our Infrastructure Group to help drive the objectives and challenges our valued clients have trusted us to solve for them. 

 

As a SYSTRA US CADD Manager you will join a world-class team of high-performing engineers, designers, drafters and others who work collectively to ensure client projects continue to thrive while remaining on track and budget.

Missions/Main Duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the CADD management and CADD coordination of a large Infrastructure project.
  • Continuously supports all design teams to ensure consistency in the drawing production among all the disciplines.
  • Ensures the proper implementation and use of the CADD standards and drawing configuration for project development.
  • Ensures that design processes and procedures adhere to the client’s CADD Manual, Plan Preparation Manual and align with project digital goals.
  • Supports all disciplines regarding CADD templates and environment setup to ensure smooth CADD production and efficient information flow.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience as CADD Manager for Rail Design with strong knowledge in Bentley tools including MicroStation, OpenRoads, and OpenRails.
  • Strong working knowledge of ProjectWise.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to apply them in a CADD environment.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of CADD technicians and designers.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex CADD-related issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Experience in implementing quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of CADD deliverables.
  • Training and Development: Ability to develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the CADD team.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a rapidly changing industry.
  • Client Interaction: Experience in interfacing with clients to understand their needs and ensure that CADD outputs meet their expectations.

Salary Range: $131,720-$178,020, SYSTRA USA is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
