We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Lead – Dry Utilities to manage and coordinate BIM production and modeling efforts for infrastructure and building and to lead the delivery of dry utilities (e.g., Electrical, Telecom, Security, Street lighting, MEP) across multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring BIM outputs are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project and industry standards. This position is based at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Head office.

• This role demands strong technical expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks and hands-on leadership in model development, clash coordination, and deliverable production.
• Coordinate with the Engineers to implement the design requirements and manage the Production Team to meet the project's applicable standards and the specific requirements.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and different time zones.
• Ability to conduct virtual technical meetings with teams from different time zones and handle production work between different teams.

• Ability to handle multiple projects

• Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC, clash issue tracking tools
• BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional.. etc).
• Experience with GIS integration.
• Knowledge of Dynamo script writing
• Familiarity with automation plugins to process bulk production
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience.
