Resident Engineer Duties

• Provide engineering advice to clients
• Manage a team of on-site engineers
• Develop project plans and schedules
• Oversee the construction process
• Conduct tests and inspections
• Ensure that engineering projects are completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards

· Education qualification - B. Tech in Civil Engineering

· Years of experience - 20 Years

· Prior experience requirement - Min 10 year's experience in metro project

· Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

· Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.

· Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.

· Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority · Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
