The Document Controller is responsible for controlling all aspects of project documentation, using various methods and systems and to provide support to the PMO as required.
Principal Accountabilities & Activities (But not limited to)
• Maintain project records and documents in compliance to the RSA QMS
• Entering and updating electronic copies of internally produced data and vendor data into in the document management system
• Processing all documentation received, including client and vendor data, in accordance with prescribed procedures and time schedules
• Allocating and controlling the numbering of documents and drawings
• Management of hard copy project documentation including filing and archiving.
• Validation and verification of all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility
• Distribution, via transmittal, to internal and external parties
• Creation and update of document templates
• Formatting of documents.
