Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Metro Railway projects across India. The position of Resident Engineer (Civil) is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  • On-Site Supervision & Quality Control: Directly supervise all civil construction activities (e.g., excavation, deep foundations, concrete works, structural erection, waterproofing) within the station, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Method Statement Review & Approval: Review and approve contractors' method statements, work plans, and technical submittals, ensuring proposed construction procedures are safe, efficient, and compliant.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Closely monitor construction progress against the project schedule, identify potential delays or issues, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical queries on-site, providing immediate solutions or escalating complex issues to the design team for resolution.
  • Safety & Environmental Compliance: Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site, conducting regular inspections and ensuring all works are carried out safely.
  • Inspection & Documentation: Conduct regular site inspections, witness tests, and maintain comprehensive records of all construction activities, including daily diaries, inspection reports, and as-built documentation.

Profile/Skills

  • Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in UG/Tunnel construction in Metro/Railway and worked as Resident Engineer/ Sr. Engineer for a period of 3 years.

OR

  • At least 5 years’ service in Sr. Scale & above in Civil Engineering Department or in equivalent grade in Indian Railways/ RITES/ IRCON/ RVNL or equivalent grades in Konkan Railway/ MRVC/ DFCCIL/ any JVs/ SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined.
