Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Metro Railway projects across India. The position of Resident Engineer – Electrical is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Site Supervision & Installation Oversight: Oversee the installation of critical electrical systems like traction power, auxiliary power, lighting, ventilation, escalators, lifts, and fire protection, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Testing & Commissioning Witnessing: Witness and verify the testing and commissioning of all electrical equipment and systems (e.g., transformers, switchgear, cabling, control panels) to ensure they operate as designed and meet performance requirements.
  • Technical Compliance & Issue Resolution: Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant national and international electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Resolve on-site technical issues related to electrical installations.
  • Quality Assurance & Documentation: Conduct regular inspections, perform quality checks on materials and workmanship, and maintain comprehensive records of all electrical works, including test reports and as-built drawings.
  • Coordination & Progress Monitoring: Coordinate with civil, mechanical, signaling, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Monitor installation progress against the schedule and report on any deviations or delays.

Profile/Skills

  • Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering/ECE/Electronics
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in UG/Tunnel construction in Metro/Railway for ECS/TVS/ Traction & Power supply/E&M. and worked as Resident Engineer / Sr. Engineer for a period of 3 years.

OR

  • At least 5 years’ service in Sr. Scale and above in Electrical Engineering Department or in equivalent grade in Indian Railways/ RITES/ IRCON/ RVNL or equivalent grades in Konkan Railway/ MRVC/ DFCCIL/ any JVs/SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined.
