Context

We are looking for a professional with a solid background in both consulting and corporate environments.

The ideal candidate has gained at least 4 years of experience in a Big 4 firm (Audit, Transaction Services, Advisory), followed by 3–4 years in administrative or management control roles within structured companies.

Holding a degree in Economics or related fields, the candidate has a strong understanding of administrative, accounting, and financial processes, and is ready to take on a key role in supporting the CFO.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Provide direct support to the CFO in managing administrative, accounting, and financial activities
  • Collaborate in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/year-end closings
  • Supervise and optimize administrative processes
  • Prepare periodic management reports for the executive team and the parent company
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and management control activities
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensure effective use of ERP systems and support the digital transformation of administrative processe

Profile/Skills

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Big 4 firm, followed by 3–4 years in structured companies
  • Knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC); familiarity with IFRS is a plus
  • Excellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sistemi, Profis, Piteco, IFD)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong autonomy, reliability, accuracy, problem-solving skills, and team spirit
