Position: Project Engineer - Contract & Program (C1001)

Project Name: BMRCL 2RSC

Posting Location: Bengaluru

Missions/Main Duties

  • Assisting Team Leader in completing all responsibilities towards the project.
  • Project & portfolio planning & scheduling
  • Preparation and compilation of reports
  • Interface coordinator for Project Initiation, Project Planning; Project Monitoring & Controlling; Project Tracking; Project Closure
  • Working on different management tools.
  • Assist in all back-end coordination work for projects at HO level with all the stakeholder departments viz. Finance/ HR/ Admin, Etc.

Profile/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineering
  • Min. 06+ years of Overall professional experience
  • Min. 03+ years’ relevant experience in project management for Metro/ Railway.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Strong team player
  • Knowledge of Project management tools - Primavera , etc.
  • Experience in Project Initiation, Project Planning; Project Monitoring & Controlling; Project Tracking; Project Closure.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to learn, adopt, understand, and apply new technologies
  • Good People Management and managerial skills
