Our extensive experience encompasses, Bridges, station buildings, Depots, Earthwork & Track Works, Power Supply and Transmission, Signaling & Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc.

Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Railway projects across India. The position of Team Leader is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Develop and oversee the master project schedule and work breakdown structure.
  • Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor construction activities for compliance with technical standards and safety norms.
  • Resolve technical issues in collaboration with field engineers and specialists.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team including civil, electrical, signaling, and track engineers.
  • Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure team cohesion
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide mentorship.
  • Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to verify workmanship and material standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and government authorities.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate approvals and clearances from regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations.
  • Review bills, change orders, and claims; assist in dispute resolution.
  • Track project expenditures and support cost control measures.

Profile/Skills

  • Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with either MBA or Post- Graduation Diploma in Construction Management / Project Management - with minimum 15 Experience in Construction Industry 
    OR
  • (ii) Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably* with either MBA or Post graduation Diploma in Construction Management / Project Management) with at least 3 years’ experience in SAG or equivalent Grade or 10 years’ experience in JAG or equivalent grade and above of Engineering department of Railways and / or as GM and above in Civil engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/any JVs or SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined.
