Currently, we are bidding for Railway projects across India. The position of Lead Designer is the key position in these BIDs.

• Guide the overall design vision, ensuring alignment with project goals, railway standards, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, civil, structural, electrical, and signaling engineers to integrate all design elements seamlessly.
• Oversee preparation and review of drawings, specifications, and technical documents for all project phases.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, including railway-specific codes
• Lead internal and external design reviews, manage revisions, and secure necessary approvals from authorities.
• Provide technical input during construction, resolve design-related issues, and assist in change management.

• Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering & preferably* post graduation (Structure/ Geotech) from a recognized institute - with minimum experience of 15 years for degree/10 years for Postgraduate in field of Design pertaining to Construction

• A retired Engineer from Railway /PSU with at least 10 years' experience in either in gazetted cadre of Engineering department in the field of Design of Civil structures of Railways and/or as Manager and above in civil engineering department in the field of Design pertaining to Construction Industry in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or Equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/ any JVS or SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined - in field of Design pertaining to Construction Industry
