Context

This position is for the role of Technical Support – Buildings (Digital Transformation) for Telengana CPMS project

Missions/Main Duties

  • Provide technical support for digital building systems such as Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT sensors, energy monitoring platforms, and digital twins.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of smart building technologies and software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to building automation and digital infrastructure.
  • Support integration of systems including HVAC, lighting, access control, and energy management into centralized digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineers, facility managers, and IT teams to ensure seamless operation of digital tools.
  • Train end-users and facility staff on digital platforms and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to vendors or internal specialists.
  • Maintain documentation of support procedures, configurations, and user guides.

Profile/Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in smart buildings or infrastructure environments.
  • Familiarity with BMS, SCADA, IoT platforms, and cloud-based building analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-based systems, mobile apps, and networked devices.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
