Currently, we are bidding for Bridge projects across India. The position of Senior Geotechnical /Foundation Engineer is the key position in these BIDs.

• Conduct geotechnical surveys and evaluate soil and rock properties to determine foundation design parameters.
• Develop safe and economical designs for deep/shallow foundations, piles, and substructure elements based on site conditions
• Propose techniques like grouting, soil replacement, or reinforcement to enhance bearing capacity and mitigate settlement.
• Monitor execution of piling, excavation, and ground treatment works to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identify geohazards (e.g., liquefaction, slope instability) and provide strategies to reduce construction risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical engineering, post- graduate degree preferred.
• Min. 18 years of professional experience in related field.
• Min.12 years of design experience as Geotechnical/ foundation engineer in highways and bridge projects.
