Context

Manager - SAI Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd.- Ahmedabad 

Missions/Main Duties

  • Day-to-day accounting and operations including AP, AR, Treasury and General
  • Timely deposition of GST, PF, ESIC, Professional tax
  • Monthly closing and filing reports (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-flow) in the consolidation package as per Group’s annual calendar.
  • Ensuring end-to-end completion of Statutory, Tax, Transfer Pricing and Group Audits within the assigned timelines in close coordination with Audit Team.
  • Ensuring completion of audited financials for international locations Kenya, Malawi and Bangladesh within the assigned timelines in close coordination with International Audit Team.
  • Formulating and validating projected financials for applying and getting lower deduction certificates to improve cash flow of the organization.
  • Regular & timely reporting of monthly stock statements, book debts, quarterly unhedged foreign currency reports, annual projected financials etc.
  • Optimum & effective utilization of working capital limits along with timely investment of surplus

Profile/Skills

• CA with 2 to 4 years of experience

• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative
environment is essential
• Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence
to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
• Strong team player
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to learn, adopt, understand, and apply new technologies
• Good leadership and managerial skills
