Currently, we are bidding for Bangladesh Railways projects across India. The position of Resident Engineer (CP-04) is the key position in these BIDs.
▪ Be responsible for supervising the construction of civil works for CP04;
▪ Check and review the Contractor(s)’ working/shop design and construction planning related to civil works for CP-04;
▪ Collect and compile data related to civil works CP-04 for the monthly reports covering the progress of the works, including the construction schedule, quality, safety and cost status;
▪ Assist in resolving, countering or mitigating actual and potential claims from the Contractor;
▪ Assist the Client in testing and Commissioning on completion of the works
▪ Reviewing/Approving submissions, intervening/recommending corrective actions or liaising with appropriate colleagues;
▪ Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to ensure they meet safety requirements;
▪ Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment;
▪ Be responsible for quality assurance and quality control of civil works
▪ Check and review the Contractor(s)' working /shop design, construction planning, and construction safety related to civil works
▪ Collect and compile data related to civil works for CP-04 for the monthly reports covering the progress of the works, including the construction schedule, quality, safety and cost status;
▪ Assist in resolving, countering or mitigating actual and potential claims from the Contractor;
▪ Assist the Client/the Contractor(s) in testing and Commissioning of materials/equipment related to CP-04
▪ Report to the Chief Resident Engineer (Civil);
▪ Be responsible for supervising the construction of civil works for CP05;
▪ Check and review the Contractor(s)’ working/shop design and construction planning related to civil works for CP-05;
