About Project: Systra is appointed General Consultant for System works corridor of Line-6 Swami Samarth Nagar-JVLR-Seepz- Kanjur marg- Vikhroli- (EEH) of Mumbai Metro Rail Project of MMRDA. This corridor runs in West to East direction. It connects eastern suburbs, marketplaces, Kanjur marg railway station, etc. The alignment runs through Swami Samarth Nagar, Adarsh Nagar, Jogeshwari (W), JVLR, Shyam Nagar, Mahakali Caves, SEEPZ Village, Saki Vihar Road, Rambaug, Powai Lake, IIT Powai, Kanjur Marg (W) to end at Vikhroli (EEH). The entire corridor is Elevated and has total of 13 stations.
We are seeking applications for the position of K4- Interface Engineer - Mumbai for GC Mumbai Line 6.
• Drawings checking i.e., AFC, civil, Electrical, Cable Tray layouts, Earthing, Cable schedule/cable sizing in coordination with Contractors/consultants. Responsible for interface & integration meetings with employer and concessionaire Engineer.
• Responsible for making the AFC installation Drawing on Auto Cad Software-
• Involved in testing of all AFC equipment, including Ticket Office Machines, Ticket Vending Machines and Automatic Gates at the software development center before deploying them in live production.
• To provide essential support for the deployment of software in the production environment, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Involved in the testing, including SAT, PAT, SIT, FAT, and service trials for all AFC equipment.
• Involved in planning and executing maintenance works, site management, installation,
commissioning, and team management activities.
• Involved in preparing AFCs documents as per project RFP requirement.
• Ensuring client for the maintenance of the AFCs system, including both software and hardware components for conducting troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and module replacements as required.
• Coordination with complex technical and administrative activities, managing correspondence with various organizations, and oversaw general works procurement, inventory handling, and related tasks.
• Coordinating with the offshore team to address critical software failures and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborating with the Revenue and Finance Team regarding AFC reports, revenue reconciliation, and miscellaneous tasks such as weekly reports and datasheets.
• Monitoring of AFC transactions from Automatic Gates, Point of Sale Terminals, and Ticket Vending Machines to ensure operational integrity.
• Oversaw the installation and commissioning of various AFCs components, including AG, TIM POS and SC.
• Managing maintenance tasks for various instruments, such as card readers, bank note systems, coin systems, UPS units, printers, and poll displays.
• Efficiently managing spare parts and provided DLP support to the client.
