Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for High Speed Rail projects across India. The position of

Project Director is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Project Director(PD) shall have overall responsibility for the successful conclusion of the project.
  • PD shall oversee Deputy Project Director and all Chief Experts, who coordinate teams to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a  high standard of Safety, quality and other key performance parameters. PD shall act as a bridge between the Project Management Consultant , the Client and other stakeholders
    including regular interaction with the Client.
    PD is desired to be with strong experience in Railbased Transit System project(s).
  • Responsible for every phase of the project lifecycle, from initial concept and design through construction, testing, commissioning, and final closeout.
  • Project director has ultimate responsibility for the project budget.
  • strategically allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure optimal project performance and success.
  • Project director ensures that all project activities, from design to construction, adhere to the highest quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements. This includes overseeing quality assurance processes and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance.
  • Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile), and tools.

Profile/Skills

  • Master Degree preferred and Minimum Graduate Engineering degree in relevant Field.
  • Overall 25 years of experience in Railways/Metro.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Signalling & Telecommunication system works in Rail-based Transit System project.
  • Minimum 07 years of experience during construction phase as in-charge for Signalling & Telecommunication system works in High-Speed Rail Projects/ Semi High-Speed Rail Project.
