Context

The PMO is responsible for supporting the project manager and technical teams in the implementation, management, coordination, and structuring of the "Return to 140 km/h" programme for Eurotunnel. The PMO ensures the efficient organization of the project, schedule monitoring, project-level risk management, documentation, and coordination with all stakeholders.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Support the formalization of the overall organizational framework of the programme, including stakeholder identification, definition of roles, responsibilities, and activities.
  • Plan and monitor the programme schedule (Gantt), with monthly updates on progress.
  • Organize and lead follow-up meetings (internal SYSTRA and external with Eurotunnel) and prepare meeting minutes and monthly progress reports.
  • Lead project-level risk analysis and maintain the hazard register, involving all stakeholders.
  • Support document management and ensure compliance with applicable standards and criteria.
  • Monitor the performance of services subcontracted to third parties by Eurotunnel (cost, schedule, risks).
  • Collect, consolidate, and share feedback and best practices.

Profile/Skills

  • Proven experience in operational project management, ideally in the rail or industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Gantt, reporting, KPI tracking) and related software suites (MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, MS Office, etc.).
  • Ability to autonomously manage a variety of stakeholders and work transversally.
  • Strong sense of organization, rigor, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and summary skills.
  • Mastery of French and English, C1 level

Location:

  • The position is based in mainland France, ideally in Paris or Lille, with regular travel to Eurotunnel sites (Calais, Folkestone).
  • The ability to travel within the UK is required.
